bhAvamu lOna - Suddha DhanyAsi

Annamaiah in this song implores himself to unify thought and action while praying God. He says that Govinda with different names, namely Hari, Vishnu, Achyuta, and Venkatesa is omnipresent and omnipotent and wants his heart to surrender to Him.

P bhAvamulOna bAhyamunandunu
gOvinda gOvinda yani koluvavO manasa ||
In thought and action chant "Govinda," oh my heart.
C1 hari yavatAramulE akhila dEvatalu
hari lOnivE brahmAnDambulu
hari nAmamulE anni mantramulu
hari hari anavO manasA||
All gods are the incarnations of Hari. All the universe is in Hari. All the mantras (incantations) are in the names of Hari. Chant "Hari, Hari, Hari," oh my heart.
C2 vishNu ni mahimalE vihita karmamulu
vishNuni pogaDeDi vEdambulu
vishNu DokkaDE viswAntarAtmuDu
vishNuvu vishnNuvani vedaka vO manasA ||
All the happenings are miracles of Vishnu. All the Vedas praise Vishnu. Vishnu alone is the soul of the universe. Search for Vishnu everywhere, oh my heart.
C3 atchyutuDitadE Adiyu nantyamu
atchyutuDE asurAntakuDu
atchyutuDu Sree vEnkatAdri meeda nide
atchyuta atchyuta SaraNanavO manasa ||
He is Achyuta, the detached. He is the primeval and He is the ultimate. He is the destroyer of demons. Achyuta resides on Sree Venkatadri. Surrender to Achyuta, oh my heart.

brahma kaDigina- mukhari

In this song, Annamaiah, as a humble Vaishnava devotee, praises the feet of Venkatesa, the power of which performed great deeds to sincere devotees.

P brahma kaDigina pAdamu
brhmamu tAnE neepAdamu ||
These are the feet washed by Brahma. These feet are the Supreme Self.
C1 Chelagi vasudha kolachina nee pAdamu
bali tala mOpina pAdamu
talakaka gaganamu tannina pAdamu
baliripu gAchina pAdamu ||
These feet scaled the earth. These feet were placed on Bali's head. These feet scanned the sky and rescued Devendra (Bali's enemy).
C2 kAmini pApamu kaDigina pAdamu
pAmu talaniDina pAdamu
prEmapu sree sati pisikeDi pAdamu
pAmiDi turagapu pAdamu ||
These feet cleansed the sin of Ahalya. These feet were placed on the head of Kaliya snake. These feet were comforted by Lakshmi.
C3 paramayOgulaku paripari vidhamula
vara mosageDi nee pAdamu
tiru vEnkaTa giri tiramani choopina
parama padamu nee pAdamu ||
These feet granted boons to the great yogis in many ways. These feet show that Tiru Venkatagiri is the ultimate abode.

bhakti koladi - rAma kriya

In this song, Annamaiah extols the greatness of God, saying that he protects us, fulfills our wishes and that he can be perceived only by real devotion.

P bhakti kolaDi vADe paramAtmuDu
bhukti mukti tAnE ichchu bhuvi paramAtmuDu ||
God can be perceived only by devotion. Only God sustains and he only bestows salvation in this world.

paTTa pagaTi velugu paramAtmuDu
yaTTA neduTanE vunnA Dide paramAtmuDu ||
Supreme God is like your dear child if you hold him. God is the greatest wealth. God is the broad daylight. He is in front of you, here.

bachchana vAsina roopu paramAtmuDu
bachchu chEti orgallu paramAtmuDu
ichchu koladi vADu vO ee paramAtmuDu ||
God is like butter in the milk. God is the form and the color. God is the touchstone in the hand of a gold dealer. God is the abundant bestower.

phali yinchi nindaraki paramAtmuDu
balimi Sree vEnkatAdri paramAtmuDu
yelami jeevula prANamee paramAtmuDu ||
God is the substance of the spoken word. God fulfills everyone's wishes. God Sri Venkatapati is our strength. God is the life of all living beings.
