sahajivale nunDEmee sAdhimpalEDu ||
A true human being should strive diligently in pursuit of great ambitions. If one remains dull he can not achieve any thing.
C 1 vedaki talachukonTE vishNuDu gAnavachchunu
chedari marachitE srushTi cheekaTau
podali naDichitEnu bhoomella meTTi rAvachchu
nidirinchitE kAlamu nimishamai tOchu ||
If one strives with dedication , he may be fortunate to have Vishnu Darsana. If one is wavering and forgets the Lord , the whole world appears dark to him. A person who walks with utmost passion can even circamambulate the earth. If he sleeps lazily any length of time passes away like a minute.
C 2 vEDukatO jadivitE vEdaSAstra sampannuDau
jaDatO noorakunDitE jaDuDaunu
ODaka tApasiyaitE unnatOnnatuDau
kooDaka sOmariyaitE guNaheenuDaunu ||
One can become a great scholar in Vedas if he studies them seriously. If he is lazy he would become a stupid. One who strives unflinchingly would become eminent. If he is indolent, he would be worthless being.
C 3 muraharu golichitE mOkshamu sAdhinchavachchu
veraveragakunDitE veeriDi yaunu
SaraNanTE Sri vEnkaTESvaruDu rakshinchunu
paraga samSayinchitE pAshAnDuDaunu ||
One who worships Murahari well can attain salvation. One who is indolent becomes a stupid. Lord Venkateswara protects those who surrender to him. One who remains doubting becomes a heretic or non-believer.
