P shaDAnanE sakalam arpayAmi
sadA tvat padabhaktim yAmi ||
I surrender at the feet of Lord Subrahmanya who has six faces.

shaT trimSat tatva kaLAtmakE
shaTkONa madhya sthitAtmakE
eeDyamAnAri nASAtmakE
eeSvarAdi nuta guruguhAtmakE
DhunDhi gaNESAnandAtmakE
Damaru SoolAdi dhara karAtmakE ||
He is the embodiment of six Saktis (power sources). He is the substance of 36 fundamentals of nature. He represents six wings of Vedas. He is at the center of mystical six cornered diagram. He destroys the enemies of those who sing his glory. Eswara and other Devatas adore him. He delights Dhundi Ganesa. He wields Damaru (kettle drum) and trident.
