Please bestow me devotion to your feet. Oh Sauri, you are protector of desolate. You are like hovering bee to the lotus like face of Lakshmi, the daughter of Sea.

bhArateeSa Sankara bhadra sannuti pAtra
dArita madhu mukha dAnavAkhila gOtra ||
Your body shines like bright cloud. Your eyes are beautiful like fresh lotus flower. Brahma, Siva and Indra adore you. You destroyed the clan of demons like Madhu and others.

uragavara Sayana paridhruta vana mAla
karuNA varuNAlaya kanaka ruchira chEla||
You lifted Govardhana hill with your lotus like hands. You are like celestial Parijata tree to those who seek refuge. You recline on the Adisesha serpent. You are adorned with garlands. Your compassion is ocean-like. Your attire is golden.

khandita vibudha janArtE
sAmaja bhaya hara sakala suguNa poortE
sAmOdam munijana santata geeta keertE ||
You excel crores of Manmadhas in beauty. You dispel the afflictions of learned people. You dispelled the fears of Elephant king. You are repository of virtues. All sages sing your glory happily.
