P Sree gaNanAdha sindhoora varNa
karuNa sAgara kari vadana
lambOdara lakuramikara
ambAsuta amara vinuta ||
Lord Ganesa is the lord of all Ganas (demi-gods). He is red in color, is ocean of compassion, has head of an elephant, has sagging belly, is bestower of prosperity, is the son of Goddess Parvati and is worshipped by celestials.
C 1 siddha chAraNa gaNa sEvita
siddhi vinAyaka tEnamO namO ||
Siddhas with spiritual powers, divine dancers and Ganas worship him.
C 2 sakala vidyAdi poojita
sarvOttama tE namO namO ||
He is worshipped first before all kinds of learning. He is perfect. I salute him again and again.
