P anugAlavu chinte jeevakke tanna
manavu Sri ranga noL mechchuvatanaka ||
Human beings worry over something or other everyday. Concetrating on Sri Ranga only gives relief.
C 1 sati iddaru chinte sati illada chinte
matiheene sati yadaroo chinteyu
prudhvi yoLage sati kaDu cheluva yAdare
miti mEre yillada mOhada chinta ||
One's wife may cause worry. One who has no wife also worries. If wife is foolish it is worry. If wife is beautiful, husband is over fascinated with her.
C 2 makkaLillade chinte makkaLAdaroo chintE
okkaLu honnu koDuva chinteyu
akkare yindale turugaLa kAyadaru
kakkulateyu biTTu hOgaDa chinte ||
One who has no children worries and one who has children also worries. A farmer worries about harvest someone else worries about his cattle.

heDi honnu kaiyoLiddaroo chinteyu
poDavi yoLage namma purandara vitthalana
biDade chintisidare chinte nischinte ||
Poor have worries. Rich also worry with their gold. Only the person who contemplates on Purandara Vitthala is free from worries.
