P neevE kannaDa chEsitE nE nevaritO telupudunayya || Oh Sri Rama, if you also neglect me who else should I complain to?

Oh Srirama, you are behind what we know and what we are ignorant of. You are the most eminent. You are father of Manmadha. You know my mind well.

ArAdhinchina nannu AraDi beTTuTa
mEragAdu nAdu nEramEmi na
nnElu kOra ee lOkamuna nanninka ||
It is not proper for you to trouble me who has been worshipping you with high hopes. What is my offence? Please protect me in the world now.
C 2 bhaktilO SrirAma bhakti mElani Siva
Sakti santatamu viraktitO nuti jEya
Sakti joochi nija bhaktulu pogaDaga
vyaktini joochi nAsakti kaligenu ||
I believed that devotion to Srirama is the best form of devotion. Goddess Parvati worshipped you when she was in great distress. Hearing praises by other devotees, I developed more interest in you.
C 3 patita pAvana sammatamuna sujana sam
gati sEyuTaku sama rahita rAma nAmamu
satatamu sEya neevratamu gOritigAni
nata janaka kulAbja hita tyAgarAjunipai ||
Oh Rama, the purifier of sinners, chanting the unique 'Rama namam' regularly in the company of pious people is my desire and vow. Oh Rama, you are unparalleled. You are dear to Janaki the daughter of king Janaka. Please don't neglect Tyagaraja.
