P buddhi rAdu peddala suddulu vinaka || Those who do not listen to elders' preachings will not be enlightened..
A.P. buddhirAdu buddhirAdu bhoori vidyala nErchina || Though they acquire scholarship, they can not be considered enlightened, in the real sense.
C 1 dhanadhAnyamula chEta dharmamentayu jEsina a
nyAya chitta bhaktula vAgamruta
pAnamu sEyaka
People may possess abundant wealth and spend that in charity. If they do not observe the nectarine preachings of elders, they will not really become enlightened.
C 2 mAnaka bhAgavata rAmAyaNamlu chadivina
mAnushAvatAra charita marmajNula jatagooDaka ||
One may study Ramayana and Bhagavata regularly, if he does not join people who truly grasp the secret behind Sri Rama's incarnation as human being, he will not be enlightened.
C 3 yOgamu labhyasinchina bhOgamulentO kalgina
tyAgarAja nutuDau rAmadAsula chelimi sEyaka ||
One may practice Yoga and may enjoy luxuries of life, if he does not honestly associate himself with Sri Rama's devotees, he will not be considered enlightened.
